Landscape Installation Foreman

Are you a self-motivated leader with a strong background in landscape construction?  Lizer Landscape is seeking to add two experienced landscape foremen to our team of skilled associates in the installation of our award winning landscapes.

Prospective candidates should posses... a high school diploma (or GED equivalent), a valid drivers license/commercial drivers license with a clean record, have a minimum of two years experience supervising employees and five years in general landscaping (both hard and softscapes), and be able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs. or more.  Bilingual capabilities is an industry plus.

Candidate will be responsible for... reading a landscape plan, landscape plan layout, proper plant installation, turf grading and seeding, installation of low-voltage lighting, ornamental pond installation, retaining wall installation, and hardscape installation (brick, stone, and man-made products).  Candidate should be able to operate large equipment, such as skid steers and mini-excavators, as well as power tools including German saws, brick saws, grinders,  chisels, tampers, sod cutters, and edgers.  As our plans are very detailed, candidate must be able to interprete and accurately install projects based on scaled landscape plans.

Base pay is comensurate to experience and will vary between $12.00 and $17.00 per hour. 

This position is full-time with work weeks ranging from 40-60 hours/week.  Typical work weeks are Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays based on work-load and weather.
