Thank You for a Successful
2009 Parade of Ponds
August, 2009 - This years Parade of
Ponds was a great success. We had 144 visitors tour the private gardens of
15 proud pond owners. We received a lot of wonderful comments and
constructive feedback. In July, Sam Durkee presented Neil Anderson, the
N.E.W. Zoo director, with a check for $1500 towards the new children's pond and
garden. Plans are complete and we are just awaiting further fund raising
efforts.

NEW Zoo. Any additional funding will help get this project closer to the
project installation goal of $40,000.
The Lizer Family is Growing
August, 2009 - We are always looking
for ways to streamline our operations and improve our customer service.
This not only gives you a better product, it also saves you a few dollars in the
long run. As some of you know, we acquired Ground One Landscape three
years ago and integrated their award-winning design office and our Talented
Installation Team. This year, we have expanded on this synergy by
bringing Erik Nelson and his
Dreamscape Team to the Lizer Family. Erik's hardscape expertise has
already begun
strengthening our already impeccable installations and we look forward to
integrating his organizational skills and vision as our Project Manager.
Website Receives Rave Reviews...
August, 2009 - Our new web site has been up for just a few short
months and we have already received over 3000 "hits" and we are very pleased
with your great feed back. Our
main goal for this site is to continue providing you with important information
about our services. In addition, we have added new pages to increase its
educational usage. There is now an area, under
resources, that includes plant care information and plant databases so
that you can review pictures, plant characteristics, and care tips. We
hope you take the time to review our site and experience all that we have added
for your use. We are also diligently working to keep the site updated on a
regular basis and plan to add more interactive pages as the months progress.
Sturgeon Bay Office
June, 2009 - We are off to a great start with our busiest season so far and we
continue to receive great feedback regarding our new satellite office
location and everyone loves the new sign. Although we have been working in
the peninsula for the past ten years we are excited to have a base of operation
to reduce travel costs and provide our clients with a closer service center.
It is great to finally have an office to serve our loyal Door County clientele.
At this time, our office hours are by appointment, as we are spending the
majority of our time on projects, marketing, and planning for our customers.
